The Her Resilience, Our Planet (HROP) programme is a five-year initiative (2024–2029) focused on strengthening climate resilience and sustainable agricultural practices among smallholder farmers in Tanzania. The programme emphasizes gender-sensitive approaches to ensure inclusive participation and impact.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The HROP programme focuses on equipping farmers with Conservation Agriculture technologies and climate-smart practices to improve productivity and resilience. CFU Tanzania plays a key role in delivering training and technical support to farmers, ensuring that sustainable farming methods are widely adopted across target regions.
